Custom Apparel Services

The most common form of screen printing, Spot Color printing uses a full-tone of color to create an image. Each color in the image is printed separately on its own screen. Up to 8 spot colors can be printed on one location.

Four Color Process

The 4-Color CMYK process uses the basic colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to recreate your artwork on an array of garments, much like your inkjet printer. It gives you the ability to print full color photographs on t-shirts and more.

Simulated Process

Unlike 4-Color CMYK process, Simulated Process printing uses a combination of half tones to create all the colors in the design. It yields more vibrant prints however with a harder hand when compared to 4-Color process printing.

Oversized Prints

Oversized printing is extremely popular today, and we offer two oversized printing options of Jumbo Printing which is up to 17.25″ x 23.5″, and All-Over screen printing with a maximum size of 28″ x 30″. Both options are perfect for huge bold prints or can be used as a subtle background enhancement to a design.

Soft Hand Prints

Soft hand printing is a process which uses the same environmentally friendly, phthalate free plastisol ink as our standard printing, but the ink is reduced to have a softer feel on the shirt. It works best on white or light garments, and the ink must be darker than the apparel for it to show up well.

Discharge Inks

Using the discharge printing process gives you the ability to print your designs on apparel with inks which remove the existing dye in the garment and replaces it with the color of your choosing. Discharge printing results in crisp detailed reproductions of your artwork without the heavy hand of traditional plastisol printing.

Waterbased Inks

Waterbased ink printing results in crisp detailed reproductions of your artwork without the heavy hand of traditional plastisol printing. These inks typically work best on 100% cotton fabric, and create a soft and breathable print on these fabrics.

Specialty Printing

Specialty Printing utilizes advanced processes to give a unique look and feel to almost any garment. From puff ink printing to shimmering, metallic, and high definition inks, we have a wide array of specialty printing process. Some of our most popular including suede, foil, and glow in the dark and can be used by themselves or combined with any other specialty process to create even more unique looks.

Direct To Garment (DTG)

A relatively new technology where waterbased inks are printed directly onto the garment, similar to how your inkjet printer works. DTG is very different from traditional silkscreen in that it goes from digital, directly to the garment. It allows you to print vibrant full color designs or photographs.

Heat Press Vinyl

Heat Press Vinyl utilizes a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic (usually vinyl) on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a certain time-frame. This is a great option for samples and testing designs.
